What we collect

Your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the photographs you upload, your order details, and your confirmations. Each confirmation is stored separately with the exact wording shown to you, its version, whether you accepted it, and the date and time. This includes photo rights, your request for us to begin work immediately, whether any photo shows someone under 18 with the related parent/guardian authority, and your optional promotional-use permission together with any later withdrawal.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your MoveMeFX videos, to support your order, and to keep a record of the permissions you gave us. We do not sell your data. We only publish your photos or videos where you have given the optional promotional permission.

Storage and security

Uploaded photos and finished videos are stored in private storage. Access is limited to you, through your MoveMeFX account, and to the MoveMeFX team producing your order.

Withdrawing promotional permission

You can withdraw promotional permission at any time by contacting us. We record the withdrawal date and time and stop using the content for future promotion.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your photos, videos and account details at any time by contacting us. Consent records may be retained where we need them to show that a permission was given.
