MoveMeFX is a trading brand operated by S&D Casey Bros Ltd (Cyprus Company Registration Number HE429874, VAT No. CY 60034010C). Your contract for any order is with S&D Casey Bros Ltd.
Digital, personalised service
Every video is individually produced from the photograph you supply. It is a personalised digital service rather than a stock product.
14-day withdrawal period
Where consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw, that right applies until the service has been fully performed. Before we begin production we ask you to expressly request that we start work immediately and to acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you may lose that statutory right to withdraw where permitted by law. That request is recorded against your order with a timestamp.
Cancelling before production starts
If you contact us before we begin creating your video, we will cancel your order and refund it in full to the original payment method.
After production starts
Once production has started, refunds are considered case by case. If a delivered video has a technical fault, does not match the package you purchased, or the photograph cannot be used, we will re-produce it or refund it.
How to ask
Contact us through our contact page with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
