Who you are contracting with

MoveMeFX is a trading brand operated by S&D Casey Bros Ltd (Cyprus Company Registration Number HE429874, Tax & VAT No. CY 60034010C). Your contract is with S&D Casey Bros Ltd.

The service

MoveMeFX creates AI assisted cinematic videos from photographs supplied by the customer. Each order covers the number of photos and videos stated in the package purchased.

Photo rights

Before we start work you must confirm, in a separate required confirmation: “I confirm that I own the uploaded photo(s), or have permission from the photographer/copyright owner to use them and have them edited and transformed by MoveMeFX. I also confirm that I have any necessary permission relating to the people shown in the photo(s).” We record that confirmation with its exact wording, version, and a date and time stamp against your order.

Starting work immediately

Because your video is produced individually, we ask you to confirm separately: “I expressly request that MoveMeFX begins creating my personalised video before the end of any applicable 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that once the service has been fully performed, I may lose my statutory right to withdraw, where permitted by law.” This confirmation is required before production begins and is recorded with a timestamp. Promotional use (optional)

You may optionally give permission for S&D Casey Bros Ltd trading as MoveMeFX to showcase your photo(s) and resulting video(s) on MoveMeFX.com, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Other MoveMeFX social channels, Online advertisements, Website examples, Portfolio and showreels, Promotional material. This is optional and your order proceeds whether or not you give it. You keep your existing rights in the original photograph and this permission does not transfer ownership to us. You can contact us at any time to withdraw permission for future promotional use; we record the withdrawal date and time and stop publishing the content going forward.

Photos showing under-18s

You must tell us whether any uploaded photo shows someone under 18. If it does, you must confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the necessary authority to submit the photograph. Promotional use of content showing a minor requires an additional, separate confirmation of that authority, and is not activated without it.

Results

MoveMeFX videos are AI assisted. Small details may differ from the original photograph and we cannot guarantee a perfect likeness or a specific creative outcome.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving usable photos. Finished videos are made available digitally in your MoveMeFX account.
